Matthew Cha 22: 36 "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?" 37 Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."
Weight gain/ weight loss
Burn more calories than you consume you lose weight. Eat more calories than you burn you lose weight.
Belly fat
Having the hardest abs in the world won't reduce belly fat. It's like emptying a jelly mold on a cement floor. Targeted fat reduction does not work.
